    Went on a Friday afternoon expecting a long wait and was pleasantly surprised to make it through very quickly. Ordered 2 drinks and was greeted by Raven cheerfully. One of the drinks was ordered with light milk but came out super light so that was half the reason for knocking off a star. The second team member that handed us a drink seemed grumpy and had a poor demeanor that’s why only 4 stars.

    GREAT SERVICE. Shout out to Nini who delivered my order at the window. She was friendly, smiling, and went the extra mile (props because it was early af). Best Starbucks experience. Also, the coffee and breakfast sandwich were good (as usual).

    Stopped after dinner for coffee at 8pm. Employee did not want to make a pot of decaf for one of the ladies that cannot have caffeine, because they were closing in an hour. Also had attitude, won't spend another cent here.

    Stopped to get a cup of coffee, sign clearly says $1.95 and we were charged over $2.60. So when we asked why so much more (out of curiosity) the girl said its for sugar. We were suprised that sugar was extra. She said that she used "liquid sugar " she than removed to sugar fee. Once we left and I took a sip it was a sugar bomb. Complete waste of money

    Love the place but it's always packed and the lines move so slow. The orders are always perfect but they just take a while. Great place to go if you have some time
